After finding the best option that suits for you we check the condition of the property at legal directorates, such as the registry details of the property at the Directorate of Land Registry, on your behalf.

Once you decide the property you want to purchase, there can be long term payment plan or cash depending on the property type. After completion of full payment you will be able to get the title deed.

Legal Steps

As next step an appraisal report which shows the actual value of the property shall be issued by a company authorized for property appraisal.

Then you have to apply to the Land Registry Directorate with the documents required to start the sales procedures of the property. Estate Istanbul will be helping you out all these procedure without having any issues.

The document shall be checked by the Directorate of Land Registry and any incomplete items shall be completed. The parties shall be informed on the fees they are to pay for the transaction.

Eventually after you sign the official contract issued by the Directorate of Land Registry for the sale, under the presence of the public officer, and the sales transaction will be completed
when the contract is signed.

If total purchase has a value of $ 250.000 at the time of title deed transfer then you can also apply for Turkish Citizenship. Citizenship application takes around 2-6 months depending on each individuals personal condition. (Nationality etc.)
