Actually just few documents are required to purchase a property in Turkey. You will need your passport and a turkish tax number, which is also needed to open a bank account in Turkey. Estist will assist you to obtain tax number and open bank account. You will also need a couple of sets of passport photos for identity. Also with a power of attorney signed and approved by Turkish notary, you can purchase property even when you are not in turkey.
